At Dynastyfabrics, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all premium tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original designer box, ensuring all invoice documents are included to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Shipping and Drop-off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the garment's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
